~The Assistance~
~History~
There was once a rogue named Violet. Violet was very good at fighting, spying and hunting, and was very intelligent. Many large groups of cats requested her help in exchange for food, shelter, medicine, or other valuable supplies. She was eventually very wealthy (for a cat), but found it difficult to take on so many jobs at once. So she decided to find some cats to help her. Many cats joined her and they all shared the rewards. They decided to make themselves known to attract more business, which meant they needed a name. The Assistance, because their job was to assist other groups of cats.
~Territory~
They travel a lot so that they can find more customers, but they typically prefer forests with lots of protection. They have a few dens set up around the area, so that when they visit one, they don't have to spend too much time setting up camp.
~Beliefs~
Each cat may believe in anything they want, but it is suggested that cats believe in the watching spirits They believe that the watching spirits help them to do well while working for other groups, and that they bring customers to them. The watching spirits give each leader 9 lives. The watching spirits visit the leader/doctors in dreams. They also give advice to the leaders or doctors.
~Rules~

When a kit reaches the age of 6 moons, they are tested to see which job they will get.
Apprentices may not become full members until they have reached the age of 14 moons.
The leader will watch the apprentice display their teachings and will decided, along with the apprentice's mentor and the sorter, if they will become a full member. The job they want is also taken into account.
The leader's word is law.
Only the leader may officially accept jobs.
Cats who do not successfully perform their job or task are either demoted or put on probation.
OOC
All of the main rules apply.
Each person may only have 1 high position and 1 semi high position or 2 semi high positions. (in addition to this, you may have as many normal positions as you want, but no more than 2 kits).
Ask me before planning any major plots.

History: The Assistance did some work for his old clan and in exchange, he was given to them. he didn't really feel like he belonged in his old clan, so he was happy to leave. The Assistance treated him well and he grew to like it. after 1 moon of being an assistant, they let him train as a fighter apprentice. though his dream was to someday become scout, The Assistance said that after atleast 2 moons of fighter training he could switch to a scout apprentice.
