Sarah jumped as an arrow landed at her feet, the feathering sticking straight up in the air. She whirled around to see a troublemaking NPC, holding his bow pointing up as he drew back the bowstring. Not an Athena camper though, because every Athena camper knew that Sarah would not tolerate people firing arrows up. Sarah marched over and knocked the bow out of his hands before he could fire and the arrow flew to the ground.

"The first rule of being on the archery range," she said, her normally friendly eyes hard and voice riddled with steely calm anger, "is that you NEVER fire straight up. You could injure someone and you almost hit me." She narrowed her eyes and crossed her arms. "If I ever catch you deliberately breaking the rules again, you're gonna find yourself in the infirmary. Got it?" Sarah usually didn't threaten people like this but this boy had broken the rules to many times. She spun around, her ponytail hitting his face as she walked away. "Sorry bout that," she said to Cleo with a smile.

Cleo took the bow and pulled the arrow across it. This time she closed one eye to get a better look at the angle. Her view was better and she put her bow a little bit higher than the bullseye. She let go of the arrow. It hit right smack in the middle. She smiled.
