Appearance: Rachel is on the tall side, pretty thin, and has long, straight, dirty blonde hair and light blue eyes. She is very fast, agile, and flexible.
Personality: Intelligent, logical, quick, judging, unforgiving, loyal, persistent, confident, quiet.
Brief History: Rachel was born into a high class family, her mother a Senate member and her father a deputy commander. She aced her Trial and was requested to become an agent. She trained hard and was quite successful, arresting many criminals. Her mother died in a war with the Colonies, and ever since, Rachel promised to bring down the Colonies. She quickly rose through ranks, eventually becoming Princeps-Elect.
