The lithe silver kitten raised her head, blinking blue eyes sleepily. She stretched, yawning as she looked at her sisters, and her parents, the King and Queen. She was glad she wasn't the heir, she enjoyed the freedom of doing other things, and wanted to become Doctor. She walked out of the room silently, being careful not to wake anyone. Silverkit padded out into the garden, breathing in the sweet smell of herbs. A few cats were already awake, but not many.

The bright ginger Knight-in-Training whipped around the corner, green eyes blazing. "Hullo!" he said in a vaguely British accent. "I'm Blazingpaw, the Knight-in-Training!" he said as he looked at her, then suddenly bowed, abashed. "Sorry, Princess," he replied sheepishly. "Didn't realize who you were." He smiled at her, before thinking, Oh my stars, look at her!

She smiled back at him and replied, "No problem, I'm Princess Silverkit," she said, before remembering he already knew who she was. She grinned at him one last time before padding off.
