The pitch black cat opened her eyes, looking around. It was the middle of the night, and everybody was asleep. Obsidianpaw raised her head, and decided that now was the right time to leave. She stood silenty, careful not to wake the other apprentices, and concentrated her energy on turning herself invisible. She padded out of the den, taking a last look around the SkyClan camp.
As she turned her back on the place that had always been her home, there was a moment of doubt in her mind. But she shook her head and kept moving away from the camp. Nobody really needed her. She had been ready to become a medicine cat apprentice, but Goldenstar had died and she was never givem that position that she had looked forward to her entire life. I'm not good enough to be a warrior the she cat thought. And in her perfectionist mind, she hadn't bern as good at hunting or fighting as the other apprentices. They wouldn't miss her.
As she approached the end of SkyClan territory, she stopped. She took a deep breath and then crossed the scent line, sprinting into the forest that wasn't part of any clan. She walked until the sun began to appear, and only then did she stop, gather moss for a next, and settle down on a thick tree branch to sleep, wondering how her clan would react to her leaving, or if they had even noticed.

Whitepaw slept obliviously through the night, then suddenly woke. She couldn't explain why she did- it was like something had... shifted. Like the camp had shifted. She looked around, but everything looked the same. She padded quietly around the camp, searching for clues, and little indications that something was indeed wrong. Nothing. She still couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss, but she wasn't accomplishing anything and so no method to do so, so she padded back to her nest and tried unsuccessfully to go back to sleep.
She was just about to finally drift off when the sound of pawsteps outside caught her attention. She slipped out of her den once again, squinting against the warm sunlight, and saw that everyone appeared to be up. Perfect. Now she could go check the dens without disturbing anyone. She popped her head into each den in turn, every one of them empty (except for the elders den- they weren't too happy about being disturbed) and everyone of them normal. She frowned to herself as she emerged from the last den, then scanned the group of cats eating, discussing, walking around the camp. Something was definitely wrong. She looked at every cat- they all seemed fine, but- then it hit her. Obsidianpaw. She wasn't there. She panicked. She considered just screaming right in the middle of the camp, but she didn't want to freak everyone out- not unless Lilystar thought telling them was the right decision. She quickly raced to the leader's den. "Lilystar!" she squeaked, bursting into the leader's den. "I'm terribly sorry to disturb you, but Obsidianpaw- she's gone!"

(I'm not sure if goldy is still playing Lilystar. I think she's only rping one character on horsey's thread. So someone should play Lilystar. Also, if somebody wants to rp someone that Obsidian meets, then let me know and they cam have a thread.)
