The caramel haired girl walked through the alley, careful to make sure no one saw her. She couldn't bear the thought of anyone approaching her, let alone seeing her. She was just too embarrassed, too scared. Why her? Why did any of this happen to her? It wasn't fair. She would rather be divergent than this, a good for nothing factionless. Who was she? What was she? No one new. So, they put her in this faction, which wasn't even one. They were afraid of her, so they put her here, the factionless. And now she didn't know what to do.

A tall boy walked around, not really caring if anyone saw him. It's not like they could do anything to him that was worse than this. He felt as if there was someone else in the area, but he didn't care. If they wanted to reveal themselves, they could. If not, that was just fine.

The girl peeked around the corner, saw the boy and jumped, then whipped back around. There was someone there. She gulped and looked again. Wait. He must be another factionless. Knowing they felt the same, the girl decided she didn't care wether he saw her or not. So, she stepped around the corner into the dimmed light of day.

(OMG I WAS SOOOOOOOOO HOPING YOU WOULD SAY THAT!!!!) He looked at her casually, as if he had known she was there all along, which he had. "Hi," he said simply, slipping his hands into the pockets of his black dauntless jacket.

(YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY!!) The girl was taken aback by how casually he had talked to her. She could never be like that. "H-Hi." was all she could muster to the boy. She then began quickly tracing an imaginary pattern on the ground with her foot.

He watched her foot for a moment before saying awkwardly, "soooo... I'm Jack. What's your name?"

She looked up at him, glad he had broken the silence. "Juliette." she said before turning her gaze back to her foot.(is that too cheesy? Jack and Juliette?)

A young girl stood not far away, leaning against the wall in a faded blue dress, wishing to be friends with someone but too shy to approach anyone. She rarely spoke to anyone, and only if they spoke to her first. She sighed softly and tucked her wavy brown hair behind her ear.

"Amity." Juliette replied to the boy. "I'm guessing you were from dauntless?" she asked, indicating his jacket.

(Ooh Whispey could my character like yours even though you and goldy's like each other?)
Rose gazed into the distance, remembering her past, her old faction, stormy grey eyes emotionless.

(if that were to happen spotty, what if like rose liked jack, so juliette didn't like rose but then in the end they realized they had been silly and become friends? but if you don't want that to happen that is totally fine, that was just a random plot)

(Ok sure!)
Rose pushed away memories. That life was over. She glanced over at the two standing not far away, unsure if she should approach them.

Juliette looked over at the girl and then flicked her head back to Jack. She didn't think she could talk to anyone else. She would be too afraid. (rose can come over though if you want)
