The lone male gamekeeper (the nice one) gave Opal a very small round of applause.

She widened her eyes and wrote down notes.

"Lean Enolaye, district 5."
Leah took a deep breath and stepped into the room, trembling. She headed to a small station in the corner of the room, barely within the gamemakers' line of sight. It was a small table with a series of small... trinkets, all things that would normally be found in the cornucopia. She brushed a strand of hair out of her face and got to work, grabbing a few metal weapons. After about 4 minutes, she held a small, complex sphere of intertwined pieces of metal, string, and all kinds of other items. And if the outside looked odd, then what lay on the inside was absolutely insane. She walked over to the middle of the room, gently lay the object down, then walked away. Just as she opened the door to leave, the sphere exploded. It didn't do any damage to the room, but it left a giant scorch mark in the middle of the room. Her heart pounding in her chest, she exited.
(horsey, spotty, and goldy are the scorers. i have no preference as to what her score is)
"Jess Danes, district 6."
Jess walked into the room. not really sure what to do. He saw some nice looking knives on a small table and thought 'sure, what the heck.' He casually strolled over to them, taking his time, and picked one up. He had never thrown knives before. Some might call him stupid for choosing this, something he had no experience with, to show the gamemakers. But he was actually quite smart. He just didn't care what anybody else thought. He threw the knife as hard as he could and, amazingly enough, it hit the target. Sure, it was the very edge of the target, but hey, that's pretty decent for a first try. He threw another and it landed a fraction of an inch closer to the bullseye. One last knife made it to the second ring of the target. He figured that three was plenty, so he left, leaving the knives sloppily embedded in their targets.
(again, horsey, spotty, and goldy. i have no preference as to what his score is)
"Dahlia Leoson, district 6."

Dahlia breathed in through her nose...and breathed out through her nose. No, ladies and gentleman, this was not her special talent although you may have all thought so. She slowly went into the room, with what she thought to be the most awkward walk ever. Dahlia immediately sped towards the painting supplies and began working away at her arms and face. Using a small compact mirror, she used only the brown and green as she had done last time, to completely camouflage herself to look like maybe a pile of leaves or a dead tree. It was believable. Her uncle was, in fact, a skilled magician and would always fascinate her with his skills to make anything appear or disappear. And no, ladies and gentleman, I know you may have thought that she was going to do some sort of magic trick. She's not. Instead, Dahlia simply showed everything she was doing to the "audience". The gamekeepers needed to know what she was doing at all times to continue being entertained. She held up her arms and showed them the paint and then moved to one lone target. She took three daggers and threw them precisely at the center of the same target. She finished it off by shooting it in the head and eventually just cut the target in half with a sword. She bowed to the gamekeepers and left. It was simple and Dahlia was done.

"Nitara Myandale."
Nitara sighed and got up. She slipped into the room and looked around, not sure what she should do. Then she saw the perfect thing, something she had always been weirdly good at. She marched forwards and picked up a knife, testing its weight in her hand. Yeah, okay, she thought. This would work. She flung it at the target with incredible speed and it struck the bullseye, sinking in until just the hilt was visible. She smiled. She then saw a tree-like structure at the edge of the room. She scanned the wall, seeing several targets. And then she had a great idea. She grabbed a belt full of sheathed knives and strapped it to her waist. She then started running towards the tree thing, every once and a while throwing knives to her left, towards the targets, without taking her eyes away from the tree. She then began to scale the tree quickly, occasionally throwing a knife down towards the soil-like stuff at the base of the tree. Never once did she look down at where she was throwing. Never once did she pause in her climbing. Soon she had reached the top of the structure. Once she had, she threw one last knife down to the ground. She then sung down a few branches before jumping down. She threw the empty knife belt on a table and left, leaving all her knives embedded in the ground in the shape of a seven, her district number.
(judges for her are goldy, spotty, and horsey. judges for dahlia are me, spotty, and horsey)
"Peter Flyte."
Peter had no idea what to do as he entered the room. He went over to the camouflage area and began to paint his arm. Eventually, it looked exactly like the bark of a tree. He then began to paint the rest of himself similarly, and the, with a little trouble, he climbed something that looked sort of like a tree. He stayed in one position for a moment to demonstrate how difficult it would be to see him- unless you knew he was there. He then climbed down, hastily wiped off most of the paint, and left.
(judges are spotty, horsey, and goldy. i don't care what score he gets.)
"Evie Crow." (judges for evie are me, horsey and spotty)

(oh and both of my characters can get whatever score you want) Evie took a deep breath and entered the large room, slightly confident. Obviously she had no idea what she was going to do but she knew she would come up with something. Evie thought back to training, what she was good at. There wasn't much. She was decent at knife throwing, not the best at camouflage, was ok at knot tying (but honestly, who really used knot tying other than Finnick, I mean come on), but she couldn't quite think of anything else. Oh, yes. Evie suddenly remembered that she was good at archery, but that she did it the wrong way. Since she had no idea what else she was going to do, Evie decided to try that. She took her bow, and 7 arrows and began shooting. With six arrows she made an arrow circle on the target and then she shot one in the middle. Given, it was a sloppy circle, but the gamekeepers wouldn't be able to tell from where they were sitting. After that, she took 8 knifes and carefully threw them around the arrows, making an even bigger circle of weapons. Again, not the best shape, but it was hard to tell. Not really sure what else to do, she went over to a large clump of thick rope and using a knife, cut off the amount she would need. Evie used the rope to tie together the daggers to the arrows, making a sort of spiky, star shaped, circle. She tied it off and bowed to the gamekeepers. Then she left. Evie didn't care what score she got. Or what anyone else got, for that matter. But, she didn't really care about a lot of things.
