the faction that blames uslessness for the worlds problems
welcome to depreciation
the faction for which all of no worth are given hope. in this faction, all the disabled,factionless,or otherwize castaway people can fine a warm homw inwich to work. the strenghts to thbis faction, is that it rids the world of the factionless,makes the unwanted wanted, and provides new work. the weaknesses of this faction, is that everyone here is disabled physically,emotionly, or is about to be.
strenghts
they make everyone usefull, and they can fill almost all of the jobs that noone else wants.
weaknesses
all of them are dissabilized, and many dont think to let them do things because of it.
initiation prosses
all of the deeps [as they have been come to be known as] file into a room. they will seek out a partner. you partner is someone who can make up for your disability,and someone that you can make up for theres. once everyone has a pair, the remaining people with join some pairs and form groups. then the are brought to there rooms.
compound
the compound is a wide,flat,one story building.two of the wall are lined with simple bedrooms.one of the otehr remaining walls is full of computers [for those who have a pair with sight] wioth job options on them. the remaininf was is filled with bathrooms,food,and one cothing shope. inside this ring of rooms, is one small platform, where they have representitivs come from the other factions to pick up workers. the rest of the floor is for roaming.
leaders
the leaders of this faction are chosen by voting. a person must be nomonated by another, and then voted for by majority. they are incharge of assiganing the rest of the positions. there is a new vote everytime the current leader dies.
deputy
the deputy was the person who was ranked just below the leader in the voting stall.
messager
because many are to injured to walk to far,messangers do that for you. you simply wave one over, and they can go into any of the compound to do/say almost anything for you. the price is a little something for them. some of your food,a button,a piece of papper, are all good trades. they are scavengers.only some can do this job.
offical p.a.
p.a. stands for physical aid.people from this position,usually used to be an ereudite, but now they spend there life making sure all physical needs are met with medications and whatnot.
offical m.a.
m.a. stands for mental aid. they usually come form ereudite,or amity. they can help with all mental needs.
helper
a helper is someone like a factionless, who is usless, but not disabled. they still find a partner, but they usually get the more sever of the people.this job is specifically for the factionless.
teller
they come in with the list of all of the available jobs for each person. they read them out loud of in sign language.
other
an other is a disabeled person who is doing what they can. this is almost every one in the faction. they do the small taskes that the teller tells them to do each morning.
